In 2009, Sara's journey intertwined with real estate, and it was an instant love affair. She recognized, almost instinctively, that this was her true calling. After pursuing studies at the Faculty of Linguistic & Legal Brokerage and gaining experience in a small estate agency, she embarked on her own venture, founding Lakeside.

Sara is a native of a picturesque hamlet along the North-West coast, which she proudly proclaims as one of the region's finest. Although she harbors a deep-seated wanderlust with a lengthy list of dream destinations, her eyes truly light up when she only speaks of her beloved lake.

She is a boundless source of creative ideas, residing in a constant state of positive restlessness. Sara fearlessly embraces every challenge, often leaving others astounded by her remarkable and unbelievable (sometimes) achievements in real estate transactions. In her limited free time, she indulges her passions, enjoying charcoal sketching, immersing herself in classical music & in the world of art and antiques. She describes herself as a nostalgic for past eras. Her passion for history and respect for traditions are evident when speaking with her.

Sara speaks fluently in Italian, English, French, Spanish, and some Russian, in addition to the local dialect.

Being able to communicate directly with clients in different languages enables her to maintain constant and direct connection with the client, ensuring excellent and smoothless communication in the transaction.

Elisa joined Lakeside since the very beginning, just after her diploma at the Foreign Language High School.

She possesses a sharp intellect, insatiable curiosity, a competitive spirit, and an innate sense of organization – often favoring the precision of bulleted points. What truly captivates Elisa about Lakeside is its international ambiance, providing her with the opportunity to engage in conversations with clients from all over the world.

Elisa's personality exhibits a dual nature: friendly and amiable with everyone, yet remarkably reserved and composed in professional matters.

Elisa holds a profound belief in the poetic allure of the lake's ever-changing colors; she captures its mesmerizing variations daily, with her mobile phone gallery brimming with its picturesque moments. Beyond her affinity for the lake, Elisa nurtures a genuine passion for rustic design, literature, and rock music.

She fluently speaks Italian, English and some German.

Luciano, much like the rest of the team, possesses a global perspective and a knack for working with international clients. After completing his studies in Structural Engineering at Politecnico in Milan, he ventured to London, where he honed his engineering skills and polished his English at the Excel English School.

Following a professional stint in Poland, Luciano returned to his cherished lakeside haven. Here, he began weaving a network of partnerships with some of the most esteemed technical firms in the region and also abroad.

Luciano is the embodiment of industriousness, proactivity, and a penchant for multitasking. His mind is ceaselessly in motion: when he encounters a house, he instinctively delves into envisioning the techncial possibilities. To him, every project is a thrilling challenge, and his meticulous attention to detail is unwavering.

A dedicated runner, Luciano's daily ritual involves a morning jog by the tranquil lake. He revels in the solitude of nature, a sentiment that finds resonance in his favorite movie, "Into the Wild."

Matteo is our second civil engineer, and he has been collaborating with Luciano Galli for several years, now considered an integral part of the larger Lakeside work family.

He is an indefatigable workaholic, driven by a strong passion for engineering and an unwavering desire to keep learning new things. Matteo is constantly on the move. After earning his degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, he pursued several Master's degrees, including seismic engineering, fire prevention, and a Master's in Engineering at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil.

In his 'extremely rare' free time, Matteo loves to run in the high mountains, as if he always wants to reach steep and challenging destinations, just to breathe peace and tranquility once he's at the very top.

He speaks fluent Italian, English and Portuguese, and needless to say, we are proud to work with such a talent every day.

In our offices you can also find Pepito, our four-legged little mascotte. He can smell if the property you are looking at is a good deal or not.
